Putting wellbeing at the heart of impact.  Practical, inclusive support for organisations and communities, from leadership culture to opportunities for people facing barriers to work.

Building inclusion, confidence and opportunity

At Accounting for Good CIC, we know that wellbeing isn’t a buzzword — it’s the foundation of sustainable organisations and inclusive communities. When people feel valued, supported and able to contribute, they create deeper impact.

Wellbeing for Good helps organisations and communities embed wellbeing at every level — from the culture inside your charity or CIC to the opportunities you create for people who face barriers to work.

Support for Organisations

We help charities, CICs and social enterprises put wellbeing at the heart of their mission and practice. Our support is practical, inclusive and rooted in lived experience.

What we offer:

  • Wellbeing surveys and insight – confidential staff and volunteer surveys with actionable recommendations for boards and leadership teams.

  • Policy development – support to create inclusive, meaningful wellbeing policies tailored to your values and team.

  • Awareness sessions – workshops on neurodiversity, disability inclusion, mental health and sustainable leadership.

  • Leadership coaching – 1:1 or small group coaching to help directors and trustees build confidence, manage stress and lead with purpose.

Community Wellbeing Projects

We also design and deliver local programmes that build confidence, skills and connection for people facing barriers to work — including disabled people and those with long-term health conditions.

Our initiatives focus on creating inclusive, welcoming spaces where people can learn, grow and belong. They include:

  • Gardening and growing projects – building confidence, skills and wellbeing through nature.

  • Creative workshops – from casual craft sessions to artist-led activities that foster self-expression and connection.

  • Tabletop gaming and social spaces – inclusive, neurodivergent-friendly environments to reduce isolation and build community.

  • Warm spaces and drop-ins – safe, welcoming spaces to connect, share and feel part of something.

All of our wellbeing initiatives are co-created with the people they serve and grounded in our lived experience of disability and social exclusion. They aim to remove barriers, build confidence and open up new opportunities — including pathways into meaningful work and enterprise.

Why Wellbeing Matters

Stronger organisations are built on people who feel supported, valued and included. By embedding wellbeing into your culture and your community programmes, you’re not just improving lives — you’re strengthening your mission and deepening your impact.
