Personalised Mentoring, Support & Training

By offering personalised mentoring through the process of designing, launching and running a new social enterprise or business we will  help to create a plan best suited for your needs. Our support will provide insight into the independence creating your own business can give you.

Our assistance doesn’t stop once your business is up and running – clients also come back for business support later on, to discuss the best ways of developing your business further.

For social enterprise the way we work is far from business as usual.

Here’s how we’re different...

When it comes to social enterprise, we understand just how challenging a landscape they can find themselves in. Some may be staffed with dedicated individuals who are passionate about their cause but are almost always watching every last penny. Add to this the complexities of rules, regulations and legislation, and managing a non-profit or social enterprise can quickly become overwhelming.

Therefore, we’re with you every step of the way – we advise and guide, discuss and debate about the best option for your business. In order to get to this depth of knowledge about our clients’ social enterprise, we work with our clients to produce long term business, fundraising and financial strategies put in place with our clients to keep their peace of mind.

We explore your challenges and opportunities for growth.

We’ll grapple with your problems and listen carefully to your concerns, learning about your opportunities and discussing your challenges.

We work the way you want us to – via email, over on Zoom, available by phone, face to face, with regular review sessions to simply see how it’s all going. For our clients, this flexibility is important, as oftentimes their way of working doesn’t follow the usual 9-to-5.

Ultimately, we learn about you and your needs.

We care, on a human level, about the work you do and why you do it. And by understanding those you help and the values you hold, we can support and advise you in moving forward.

The only question we have (at least for now) is shall we talk?
